CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hour Cancellation & Deposit Policy A non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled service. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made directly through Gemini Esthetics by text or phone at (630) 506-8604. Clients who provide at least 48 hours’ notice before their scheduled appointment may choose between: * A full refund of their deposit to the original payment method. * A one-time transfer of their deposit toward a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made LESS than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable within this period. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, with any deposit already paid credited toward that amount. The time your cancellation or rescheduling request is received determines whether it falls within the 48-hour notice period. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or may be required to reschedule. If the appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited and applicable cancellation fees may apply. • Card on File A valid card is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize Gemini Esthetics to charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy. 💛 Our Understanding We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise.
