CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy is strictly enforced: • 48-Hour Notice Required A deposit is required to book all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance - deposit transfers to a new appointment if proper notice is given. • Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the proper notice period. • Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shorter appointment time or may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee. • Card on File A valid card is required to secure your booking and will be charged in accordance with this policy if necessary. 💛 Our Understanding: We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you’re experiencing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, we will always do our best to accommodate you when appropriate. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments directly impact our business and other clients waiting for availability. For this reason, all policies are consistently enforced.
